EDM TUBING CHUCK

Precision keyless chucks to hold small diameter rod and tubing electrodes. Tubing chucks come with a chuck capacity from 0-.250". Each chuck is available with different diameter shanks to fit every EDM machine. These chucks come in various styles with both top sealing and bottom sealing capabilities to create positive flushing through the center of the electrode.

GRINDING FIXTURES

These fixtures are highly accurate in grinding EDM electrodes on a surface grinder. Two types of fixtures are available: V-block and 5C collet. All related accessories are also available

HOLDING FIXTURES

	Precision Twin-angle holding fixtures mount electrodes in vertical ram of conventional EDM machine. Two sizes available with 2-V's each.
	Adjusta-V block holder mounts to conventional EDM machines and centers electrodes accurately. When an electrode needs to be secured in a v-block configuration, there is an Adjusta-V to fit every application.
	Tilt-Vee Holder is designed for alignment of stationary electrodes. Its precise three-way alignment combines a two-way tilt with a rotary adjustment. Seals for flushing coolant are built into tilt system.
	Precision Edge-Master (mounting table) permits a variety of machining applications. Ideal for light drilling, milling, boring, jig grinding and EDM work holding.

DRILLING MACHINE

An ultra sensitive horizontal drilling machine that is designed specifically for producing positive flushing electrodes…. the key to increased EDM efficiency. Flushing accounts for about 90% of EDM efficiency. This unique horizontal drilling machine was designed specifically for putting coolant holes in graphite or metallic electrodes.

ROTOBORE ROTATING SPINDLE

PERMANENT MAGNETIC CHUCK

This fine pole chuck design offers the highest holding power for EDM workpieces on the market. Features full magnetic surface to all edges; solid construction top plate, which protects the magnetic pack from penetration of dielectric fluid; lowest height of any chuck.
